How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Conventionalways Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists what you can raise, how to do it and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
- Your experience when calling or messaging Conventionalways Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Site content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Conventionalways Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@conventionalways.living with these details:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Resolved?
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.

Reach a local provider
Tell us what you are planning. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and a local provider will follow up.
